Born in 1988, Alexey first graduated from Novorossiysk vocational school with a pastry chef diploma and then studied in Moscow, where he was trained as a chef technologist. Following that, he honed his craft in the Josper school in Spain. Apprenticed in the restaurants of France and Sweden, including Michelin-starred Rutabaga and Matbaren. Before heading the kitchen at Coffeemania, worked at Pushkin Café, Kinki, Cheapside Josper Bistro. Winner of several professional Russian awards.
