Anton Tikhy

Born in Vladimir. In 2006, graduated with a diploma in public dining. Apprenticed at several European restaurants: Amass in Denmark, Au Soldan de l’An in France, and Le Capri Mont Cervin Palace in Switzerland. Worked at Moscow restaurants Cutty Sark, Peshi, Archie, was a brand chef at Veliy Hotels Group. Worked with Anatoly Komm at Varvary (Barbarians) and Anatoly Komm for Raff House. Between 2016 and 2020, oversaw the kitchen at Suzdal’s Le Bazar and Vladivostok’s Millionka. In 2021, became the head chef of Hiji Izakaya Bar at Nizhny Novgorod. In 2022, Anton joined Rybtorg’s team as chef de cuisine
