Dmitry Finyagin

He studied at the Moscow College of Art and Pedagogy of Technology and Design, specializing as a food service technologist, and at Lomonosov Moscow State University as a linguist. He interned at Auberge de Vieux Vigneron (Burgundy), Fiskebaren (Copenhagen), Boucherie Hugo Desnoyer (Paris), and Pheasant’s Tears (Signagi). Currently, he serves as the brand chef of the Tre Bicchieri project and is the chef of Max’s Beef for Money.
