Born in 1986 in Moscow. Georgy first studied to be a chef at a vocational school in Moscow, and then at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Apprenticed at Paris restaurant Baccarat Cristal Room, and then worked at its Moscow version. Winner of the Silver Triangle competition as the best young chef. Today, Georgy is the brand chef of Severyane (Northeners), Le Pigeon, Blanca (Almaty). He loves cats and dreams of developing a line of cat food.
