Pavel
Panteta

Born in 1982 in Moscow. Studied at Moscow State University of Technology and Management as a food technologist. In 2005, Pavel was hired as a sous-chef for Uzbekistan and Beloye Solntse Pustyni (White Sun of the Desert) restaurants. In 2019, he was appointed the chef of Kavkazskaya Plennitsa. Soon, he went back to his roots, Uzbekistan and Beloye Solntse Pustyni restaurants, but this time, as the chef de cuisine.
