Brand chef of 800C Contemporary Steak A professional pastry chef who upgraded his diploma with several important apprenticeships: LEÑA by Dani García and Smoked Room 2* in Madrid and Beefbar in Monte Carlo Took part in the opening of Beefbar Cannes project. Completed Meat Chef course from Primebeef Academy. Sergey has managed the kitchens of different projects: Burger&Pizzetta, Limoncino, Beeftro, Antresol (Mezzanine), Pubblico Palazzo, Kruazh, and Hard Rock Café. Beginning in 2017, he heads the kitchen of Moscow restaurant 800C Contemporary Steak.
