A meat restaurant from Italy&Co located at Vasilievsky Island. A little spoiler: it’s really worth a special visit. Sit under the frescos and enjoy steaks with Italian sauces and handmade pasta – agnolotti, orecchiette, and boscaiola are made here at the open pasta station and supplemented with Parma ham, guanciale, and truffles. Soon, the menu will be augmented with the “cherry on top,” which gave its name to the project – Bistecca alla Fiorentina, a classic Tuscan steak grilled on coals.
