Bar Octave

A three-in-one project: a listening bar with an impressive vinyl collection, an avant-garde wine club with a hundred exclusive labels curated by sommelier Ivan Pudenkov, and an author’s cocktail bar led by Nikolai Orekhov, one of the pioneers of the domestic bar renaissance.

The balanced debut menu features signature minimalist twists on classics (lemon Negroni, a martini with spiced rum and peach) and the already talked-about experimental creations: a Paloma with bell pepper and strawberry, and the iconic banana-based “Exotic Penicillin” (whisky, rum, mezcal).
