+39 Trattoria&Pizzeria

Italy at Novaya Basmannaya Street: with its own courtyard, southern air, Neapolitan pizza, homemade cheeses, and primarily Southern Italy cuisine. The restaurant was opened by the same people that own the excellent +39 Pizzeria & Mozzarella at the Rassvet Quarter. The kitchen was entrusted to Alessandro Simioli, a chef who was born and brought up near Sorrento and who is familiar with nuances of Neapolitan food better than most. Alessandro has been living and working in Moscow for the last 15 years. He cooks the classical dishes without any tricks and superfluous experiments, explaining the patriarchal nature of his cuisine by saying that it can’t be made any better. Pizza production is overseen by Alexander Slutu — it was thanks to him that +39 at Krasnaya Presnya got famous so quickly.
