Everything you need to know about Pan-Asian cuisine, duck, and seafood. A beautiful restaurant from the gastronomic holding Alba Group that was opened at the end of the year at Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street with much pomp. The cuisines of China, Japan, and Korea in a lively interpretation of chef Oleg Shin who is remembered by many from his stints at Cutfish and Tokyo restaurants. The establishment calls its menu a collection of Asian gastronomy, and I happily endorse that description. There are many treasures: to study them all, you’ll have to come back again and again, as it frequently happens with serious museums. The cocktail menu sends its regards to Japan, it has five chapters, and making sense of it also takes time. Please, be sure to find it!
