A Russian cuisine restaurant backed by tradition: an honest and talented attempt of Nizhny Novgorod native Ilya Shekeryaka to present contemporary Russian food without touristy make-believe but with great attention to regional tastes and specialties. The menu offers classical pickles of all kinds, tsar’s ukha fish soup with vodka, Volga coulibiac with porcino mushrooms, and other bestsellers of the old Russian gastronomy that had successfully survived the 20th century.
