One of Nizhny Novgorod’s most important wine and gastronomy establishments is the famous wine club of the outstanding sommelier Kirill Sulima with wine tastings and guest appearances from the winemakers plus contemporary designer cuisine restaurant under the management of chef Anton Kuznetsov. The wine menu is exceptionally large (over 350 positions and a magnificent selection of Champagne wines), and the food menu offers an artful Russo-European mix with entries such as Pozharsky cutlet with truffles or beef tartare with Chorizo cream.
