Zhang

Born in 1971, Li Zhang studied cooking for 19 years, until 1991. Following that, he started working in restaurant kitchens and became the head chef eight years later. The chef’s record of service includes such restaurants as Turandot, Shatush, GQ Bar, Zodiac, Nedalny Vostok (Not-Far East), Kitayskaya Zabegalovka (Chinese Diner), the first incarnation of Mr. Lee, and other projects, as well as his own restaurant in Quingdao. In late 2022, Li Zhang came back from China to Moscow to become the chef of the new Mr. Lee.

The guide offers a selection of useful search filters and the encyclopedia of restaurateurs and chefs to learn the names of the heroes behind the best restaurants.
