Born in 1967 in Moscow. In 1989, graduated from Moscow State Aviation Technological University with a diploma of metallurgic engineer. Maxim was one of the first people to develop wine culture in Russia. In 1994, together with his partner Anatoly Kornev, Maxim founded Simple — the importer and distributor of premium wines and spirits. Today, Kashirin is the company’s president. In 2006, opened Grand Cru wine restaurant at Malaya Bronnaya Street. That was followed by Simple Bar at Cheremushkinsky Market and Parkhouse at Rechnoy Vokzal. In 2006, in Italy, Maxim was awarded the title of «Ambassador of the White Truffle of Alba in the world.» Following that, he organized over a dozen White Truffle Charity Dinner-Auctions in Moscow. In 2023, 42.5 mln rubles were collected at such dinner — the money was given to the Life Line charity foundation. Collects the works of contemporary artists (Pavel Pepperstein, Alexander Paperno, Vladimir Dubossarsky, and others), plays hockey, enjoys diving. Father of four sons.
