Born in 1984 in Moscow. Graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics with specialization in Finances and Credit. Prior to 2012, Pavel was into photography and graphic design. A graduate of Copenhagen’s Weber grill academy. In 2013, became the managing partner of the Steak at Home company. Today, Pavel is the co-owner of Zozulinsky & Potseluev Meat Atelier butcher shop, where they experiment with Penicillium roqueforti and Penicillium camemberti mold cultures. In 2019, he has taken charge of the Zhazhda Krovi (Thirst for Blood) meat restaurant. Regular speaker at gastronomic forums and schools, including Paul Bocuse Institute in Krasnoyarsk.
