Restaurant Zhazhda Krovi

One of Moscow’s most important meat restaurants. Its brand chef is Pavel Potseluev, the man who knows everything about meat: before heading the restaurant’s kitchen, he earned his fame as the owner of Steak at Home meat shops. Pavel is almost always on duty: his enthusiasm for beef is contagious and he can spend hours talking about it, and everything around him works like a clock. Plus, Pavel is an excellent chef, and his tender Filet Mignon and Beef Wellington are ostensible tourist attractions.
