In the new project by Chef Maria Dementieva, known to St. Petersburg diners from the Saro bistro, they cook an appealing international fusion in the oven and on the Josper grill. The team collects unconventional wines and mixes cocktails with a subtle Asian flair. The space is elegant, with a slight stilyagi twist — strict geometry, dim lighting, leather, wood, Metlakh tiles, and Belgian designer porcelain.
