Restaurant Tartarbar

A restaurant from the Duo Band team of Dmitry Blinov and Renat Malikov with a focus on meat. The menu starts off with six kinds of tartare, followed by marrow, calves’ brains, and sweetbread. Dmitry loves working with specialty meats and he’s good at what he does. That said, there are also fish and vegetables that are easily given star roles by the local chefs.
