This is a movable gastronomic feast, even if you decide to have a glass or two all on your own — the bar counter accounts for most of the seating, and the charming bartenders don’t leave anyone unattended. In the kitchen, the star role is played by the Josper oven that is used to cook octopus, machete steak, and beef ribs. It’s best to order lots of appetizers, such as tacos, pinchos, seviche, and ask for the accompanying cava sparkling wine in delicate chalet glasses.
