The approach to food at Animals is very serious: they make their own cheeses and bake the bread and have organized a special farm near Pskov for vegetables and herbs, overseen by the green thumb fairy Viktoria Mosina. Chef de cuisine Alexander Pimenov uses the harvest for breakfasts served at the 10-meter communal table and brunches with friends and colleagues. To accompany the food, the restaurant offers natural wine and signature vermouths that can be bought for drinking at home.
