Restaurant Kuznya House

A restaurant in the building of a former forge at New Holland ended up in the hands of chef Ruslan Zakirov — and that’s great luck for those who love easy-to-understand food that’s not overfraught with ingredients and sauces. On the weekends, at 11 pm, the restaurant turns into a club whose musical philosophy is the responsibility of St. Petersburg musician and DJ Kirill Sergeev. In the summers, there are two excellent patios — we prefer the one with a garden view, but if it’s completely full, you can seat yourself next to the Bottle building.
