A restaurant that imitates a bohemian St. Petersburg salon with a view of Moyka River. It stars – chef de cuisine Valeria Skuratova and an English cast iron oven Aga that is used to cook absolutely everything, from coffee to desserts. EM was St. Petersburg’s first restaurant that bravely offered only tasting menus. Today, the culinary performances are held here five days a week, strictly from 5pm to 11 pm, and the showbill changes once every couple of months.
