Restaurant Fresa’s

The flagship of Antonio Fresa’s restaurant empire located at the SO/St. Petersburg Hotel. As one could expect, in the restaurant named after himself, the chef embraces the classical Italian cuisine, delicately flavored with opulence. The menu throws its weight around: if you order an appetizer, it’s going to be a 36-month-old jamon and roast beef from ribeye with black truffles; if you go for the carpaccio, there’s a whole selection of them, and if you want a Caesar salad, the servers will turn it into a tableside show. To complete the dolce vita, order cannoli and maritozzi from Ashraf Rakhman who sharpened his skills at a number of Michelin-starred restaurants.
