Ichi-go Ichi-e restaurant has streamlined its name and gradually evolved into a casual bar that still provides high-quality service and original cuisine. The starters menu includes Asian-style french fries alongside smashed cucumbers, and the main menu features prawn noodles next to top blade steak. There is a dedicated section for sushi rolls and gunkan sushi.
