Restaurant Oltremare

Oltremare means “overseas” in Italian – and this fairytale word with a promise of celebration explains everything about the restaurant: Italy, old-fashioned traditions, and the brilliant cuisine of chef Emanuele Pollinni, who is bold, full of life, and quick on his feet. Emanuele has been living and working in Moscow for eight years already, and each year his projects gain steam. Oltremare is the chef’s new achievement, and a restaurant with very few peers in the city.

People come here for new visions and adventures, for romantic proposals and to stay forever, and everyone can imagine themselves a star of a movie here: two floors full of well-dressed people, subdued lighting, snow-white tables, radiant chandeliers, a white grand piano with a pianist, and the inexhaustible sense of festivity in the air.
