City cafe Ministry of breakfast

A witty project of Nizhny Novgorod restaurateurs Sergey Ukhanov and Maxim Mersiyanov: between 9 am and 5 pm, the Ministry offers its guests breakfasts (just as it should be), and between 5 pm and 11 pm, the breakfasts become late and very late. Both parts of the menu are the work of Taras Kulibaba, who seems to have put together a perfect collection of classical European and Russian comfort food that can be used to start your day at any moment, be it syrniki or a beef steak with pepper sauce.
