Restaurant Mitrich steakhouse

A grand steakhouse that serves excellent dry-aged steaks made from Voronezh grain-fed beef and salads with greens grown in the restaurant’s own greenhouse in the village of Yuryev-Polsky. Despite its commitment to seasonal and locally-grown produce, Mitrich offers a cosmopolitan menu that includes Nicoise salad, pasta with Argentinian langoustines, and Russian cabbage soup (shchi) with braised veal cheek cooked for a full day. Another well-known strength of the restaurant is its excellent wine menu, featuring a small but very clever selection of wines by the glass and an impressive array of sparkling wines.

The restaurant offers an inviting atmosphere for all kinds of gatherings as it doesn’t have the typically brutalist steakhouse interior but is filled with light, air, and natural materials.
