Dan Miron

He was born on December 18 in Romania. With a background in marketing, he spent several years working in market research. He dedicated two years to studying and working under British chef Jason Atherton in his restaurants in Singapore (Esquina, Pollen, The Study), and afterward, he worked with Gaggan Anand at the Bangkok restaurant Gaggan. In Russia, he launched the project Holy Fox, and a couple of years later became the head chef at Margarita Bistro. Currently, he serves as the brand chef for several projects under Lucky Group: Niki, Saray, and Mamie, and he is the visionary behind the restaurant Saray.
