Denis
Ivanov

Born in Novosibirsk in 1973. At the age of 23, completed his studies at Novosibirsk State University, and then spent several years working for major international companies — Coca-Cola Export Corporation and New York Pizza holding. In 2001, Denis began to develop Novosibirsk’s restaurant business by launching haute cuisine restaurant called Klassika (Classics). In 2003, he began to work on his own restaurant projects. In 2009 and 2010, Denis was the Head of the Catering Department of Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee. Also in 2010, he was the Executive Director of the Russky Dom (Russian House) at the Winter Olympics in Vancouver. In 2014, he consulted Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee on the opening of the restaurant and club of the International Olympics Committee at the Olympic Games in Sochi. In 2017, Denis opened a small chai of [KU:] izakaya bars and #SiberiaSiberia restaurant. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis.
