It features a compact yet far-from-boring signature menu crafted by Chef Vyacheslav Gnedovsky (ex-Must, Syrnik, and Dubai’s Babushka). The interior is classically warm, with a partially open kitchen that adds a pleasant, energetic buzz to the atmosphere. Among the standout show-stoppers of the debut season: Rosenberg shrimp in a pepper sauce, beef rib biscotti in a Rioja-based sauce, and crème caramel infused with the aroma of smoked banana peels.
