Bistro Casper

Contemporary European bistronomy at Chernyshevskaya metro station. This is a promising new collaboration of restaurateurs Roman Kiselev, Steven Sharma, and Anri Ber, who are well-known to residents of both Moscow and St. Petersburg thanks to their wellness bistro project Nothing Fancy and Solids billiards hall. This time, they have partnered with Pavel Shteinlukht, who announced the closing of his Schengen restaurant in late spring. Essentially, Casper has been opened at its location. Over the summer, the team was able to renovate the premises, making the space very minimalistic but cozy, and create an appealing menu with simple but well-crafted and somewhat seasonal comfort food.
