Restaurant Big Georgian

A Georgian restaurant in the historical building of Simanovskaya Windmill. Once upon a time, flour was made here, and now saber-like shoti and Adjarian khachapuri boats are baked here. The establishment has drawn a crowd since its opening, and every day is a real Georgian celebration here. Khinkali are made in the open kitchen for everyone to see, birthday greetings are offered in the main hall where the birthday boy is treated to some wine from a horn, and the visitors happily take photos of their airy chebureki. The tables are booked a week in advance, and on the weekends, the restaurant works on the “first come-first serve” basis. Make sure to invite the sommelier to your table – he’ll suggest the wine that is hard to find even in Georgia proper. And definitely order khinkali or the Ural baby goat roast.
