Restaurant Troekurov

A restaurant in a two-storey mansion that opened in February of 2002. Over these years, it has wined and dined pretty much all the politicians, actors, athletes, and other celebrities who had visited Yekaterinburg. The menu is a take on the Russian nobility cuisine: Olivier salad, various juliennes, four-corner kulebyaka, and much more. Once a season, chef de cuisine Mikhail Kovalev prepares a set of seasonal products that goes really well with the local infusions. Cordials go well in the fireplace zone, and Champagne in the roomy hall.
