A bistro with a slow life philosophy and a special passion for fermentation. Such an establishment wouldn’t be out of place somewhere in Copenhagen. St. Petersburg Nordic cuisine as performed by Pavel Demin is about responsible consumption “from nose to tail.” The menu is full of local and seasonal products, juices and lemonades are replaced with kombucha and water kefir. Keep in mind when you plan your visit that from 4pm to 5pm the bistro is closed: the staff has a lunch break in the best traditions of Scandinavian dining.
