Restaurant Marmo

A meat restaurant from Ilya Nitsenko with a romantic name (màrmo means “marble” in Iralian), with an opulent assortment of steaks and subsequent agonies of choosing. Nitsenko is also a co-owner of Primebeef, the company that supplies the whole country with commendable meat. This explains the foolproof selection of cuts and the skill of treating them the right way. My personal recommendation: no matter how big your steak, order the exemplary mashed potatoes whose recipe was created by Joël Robuchon.
Marmo is located at Sretenka Street — and you should go for a walk after you have dinner there. You can take the boulevards or the side-streets, or walk over to Insider Bar, which is also located at Sretenka and recommended by this GreatList.
