In essence, this is a seafood brasserie, where exotic mortadella made of octopus, Wellington with salmon, and Cantabrian anchovies should be washed down with draught beer from St. Petersburg. In the mornings, the place serves seafood breakfasts, and if you want to get into the holiday spirit, order some sparkling – the local wine menu has plenty of options. All of this is served in a simple and ascetic interior. The result is a conceptually new place that seems to have no alternatives in Moscow.
