Restaurant Fumisawa

A small restaurant across from the Petrovsky Arcade that serves what might be Moscow’s best sushi. Fumisawa is the name of the restaurant’s first chef who launched the establishment several years ago. The menu is big but focus is on sushi that can be found in the “Chef’s Choice” chapter: Andrey Tsoy first apprenticed with Mun Fumisawa and then with Juno Condo who replaced him, and that experience was very fortunate.
