City cafe Animals

The approach to food at Animals is very serious: they make their own cheeses, bake the bread and herbs comes from a friend’s farm. Chef de cuisine Boris Kondratiev uses the harvest for breakfasts served at the 10-meter communal table and brunches with friends and colleagues. To accompany the food, the restaurant offers natural wine and signature vermouths that can be bought for drinking at home.
