Restaurant Ovo Izakaya

A Japanese gastro bar without a single corner and with a giant golden egg in charge of ikigai, which is a Japanese concept of harmonious life and happy energe. The menu is full of temaki sushi, blue fin tuna sashimi, Tokyo ramens with handmade noodles, tender Wagashi mochi, and nama made of soft chocolate. Deep-sea scallops and crabs are delivered once a week from Vladivostok and blue fin tuna and Japanese amberjack are flown in from Tokyo’s Toyusu seafood market. Helping the cooks make the sushi is Walli-san, a robot brought to Ovo from a Tokyo auction. The izakaya bar offers lots of different sake, fruit soju, Riesling wines, signature cocktails, and hōjicha latte.
