Restaurant Musya i vtoroye

A perfect butcher’s shop with a menu and alcohol. Italy and France historically have lots of such places, not so in Russia, but this is one of the first sure steps in that direction. Isn’t it great – you come in, buy a few ounces of Iberian ham, mortadella, or roasted ham, buy some porchetta, and a couple glasses of wine – and your evening is set. Plus, you take home some premade beef cutlets and ossobuco – with cooking recommendations from the staff.
In the summer, there are long weekend breakfasts, and sometimes, early on Saturday and Sunday night, there are culinary evenings that require preliminary registration and that shouldn’t be missed. Add to all that a perfect location that embellishes the flow of life – the shop calls Nikitsky Boulevard its home. All of this was made possible through the efforts of Maxim Torganov, a butcher and a visionary behind Musya and Max’s Beef for Money, and a team of bright-eyed and sure-handed chefs.
