The interior is one of categorical minimalism, the menu is short and frequently updated, yet in contrast to this brevity, the menu features long storytelling. It includes an inside-out vitello tonnato with a slice of tuna in demi-glace, a blushed red salad, panna cotta with sturgeon caviar, and similar culinary tricks.
