Restaurant Muse

Fish, Mediterranean habits, a slight curtsy towards the Orient, and a chef’s table. All of this describes the project of restaurateur Alexander Oganezov (Pino, Remy Kitchen Bakery, Gentle) at Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street that gained its first publicity long before the opening. The menu is the brainchild of chef Ruslan Polyakov, who has long worked with Oganezov at the restaurants mentioned above, and who demonstrates a new level of his abilities at Muse. Four incarnations of the octopus (including a pâté!), an impressive section with appetizers, and an unexpected, but excellent India section with a pile of eye-catching tandoori prawns. Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street is currently the place where interesting gastronomic projects concentrate, and Muse easily occupies one of the top positions here.
