Restaurant Grassa

This is Italian cuisine with a touch of culinary magic, crafted by Vadim Borisikhin, a restaurateur from Yekaterinburg. Vadim is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu and a student of chef Andrea Accordi, and he opened this restaurant with his brother Yaroslav.

At this establishment, you’ll find arancini paired with lime aioli, pizza topped with sardines, tiramisu infused with tonka beans, and tagliatelle flavored with brandy. The name “Grassa” in the restaurant’s name pays homage to the city of Bologna, known as Bologna grassa, or “Bologna the Fat.”

All of this is presented in a light-filled, relaxing space featuring beautiful rough wood, brickwork, various shades of ochre, and other elements of rustic style.
