Come here for homemade state-of-the-art infusions and don’t expect anything remotely classical: here, they infuse with kimchi, passion fruit, bacon, tonka beans, and more — altogether, there is a dozen options. Follow the alcohol with anchovies, pirozhki, and other bites, or you run the risk of drinking one too many.
