A restaurant from Dmitry Blinov and Renat Malikov on the second floor of their other establishment, Harvest. The snow-white shell-like staircase hides an aesthetic interior with paintings by contemporary artists, and Blinov himself can be found at the kitchen’s stove. This explains the menu with uncommon combinations, complex sauces, and sleek service. At the very least, you should try the foie gras with raisins and gin, yellowtail with truffle dressing, and oxtails with broccoli and romaine. The main menu is accompanied by the wine menu with 300 entries.
