Restaurant Santi

The intimate semi-darkness is enhanced by the soft glow of lamps and candles, with mirrors reflecting the ambiance. Round tables are adorned with starched tablecloths, topped with delightful finds from vintage markets: crystal jam dishes, silver candlesticks, and other homeware that add beauty and joy to our days.

This inspiring interior sets the stage for offerings you might find in a Parisian bistro, along with some unique additions: truffle croquettes, Cantabrian anchovies with stracciatella, duck with Romano lettuce, and lamb tongues with summer peas. The menu was crafted by Moscow chef Alexander Shtepa, while the interiors were designed by British interior decorator John Whelan, known for his numerous renovations of renowned Paris brasseries.
