Artest

The restaurant’s name hides the first letters of the name and last name of its chef Artem Estafiev. Artem has only recently moved from St. Petersburg to Moscow and his rise to fame was truly meteoric — Artest Chef’s Table gastronomic laboratory that exists in parallel to the restaurant was given two Michelin stars at once, setting a record for Moscow. The menu is a la carte, and the chef’s tasting menu is truly alchemic fine dining.
