Restaurant MØS

Nordic dining at Khamovniki district. An open kitchen where local Russian products are used to delicately prepare gravlax, Norwegian crab soup, and glogg. The menu is tacitly headed by smørrebrøds, which are a great starter. If you order all three of them — with Kamchatka crab, lightly salted salmon, and roast beef, the rest can be left for some other time. On weekends, people come here for quiet languid brunches, and don’t worry about the semolina porridge served here: paired with northern cloudberry, the beast immediately turns into a beauty.
