A wine bar at Trekhgorka cluster owned by the graduate of Ragout culinary school Larisa Mamedova. The project’s kitchen is in the capable hands of Ragout’s former chef de cuisine Taras Kirienko. Almost three hundred different wines (most of them can be bought by the glass) and food that goes great with them. The menu is a living thing, what’s present today, may be gone tomorrow, which makes every visit here an interesting affair. Such agility is strengthened by the regular guest appearances by regional celebrity chefs, who pair up with Taras to cook, and that’s a balancing act to behold.
